Hi, I’m Letizia

Starting from September 2026, I’m working as a Data Scientist at UBS in Zurich, where I contribute to a research project in collaboration with the Dalle Molle Institute for Artificial Intelligence (IDSIA).

I'm a final year student in the MSc in Data Science and Business Analytics at Bocconi University in Milan. Prior to that, I completed a BSc in Economics, Management and Computer Science with a final grade of 105/110, during which I also spent an exchange semester at the University of Maryland.

Alongside my studies, I gained industry experience through several internships, including two that fully overlapped with my final year of university. Most recently, I spent seven months at UBS in Zurich as a Data Scientist Intern. Before that, I worked as a Software Development Engineer Intern at Amazon in Luxembourg for six months, and as a Summer Analyst in the Aladdin Engineering division at BlackRock in Edinburgh for two months.

Beyond academics and work, I was actively involved in Build Sustainable Innovation, a Bocconi student association focused on data-driven consulting projects. After contributing to some start-up collaborations, I became Head of Technology, leading two teams of 6 members on real-world industry challenges.
I have volunteered with several organizations in Milan and at an orphanage run by Fondazione Francesca Rava in El Salvador.
In my spare time, I love exploring all forms of storytelling, from books and films to TV series and music.
